Welcome to the Healthy Start Directory
This is a directory of all Healthy Start Grants. This includes all Planning Grants, Operational Grants, and Combined Planning and Operational Grants funded since 1991.
The purpose of this on-line directory is to allow you to search the database for people, for places, and for programs. For example, if you are looking for someone you met at an orientation conference, you would look up their name. If you are interested in sites that are partnering with a mental health department, you would search among the program's collaborative partners. If you wish to look for the sites in your city or in a specific ZIP code area, you would search for places.
Each time you search for a person, place or program you will be given one or more screens of what the search found. Simply check the boxes for each of the results that seem to match your needs, select long or short form, and click "Display Checked" to obtain the complete search report. You may then print your browser's pages to have a hard copy of the search results.
