All PDF documents saved in Adobe Acrobat PDF format must be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Any version of Adobe Acrobat will open the Adobe Acrobat files.

PPT files must be opened using Microsoft PowerPoint.

ZIP files are compressed files and most compression software can open them. The software compatible with the most compression formats is Stuffit Expander. It's free and available for Mac, Windows, and Linux.
